Monthly Accounting Service: From $65 (tax included, depending on activity volume).

We provide professional housekeeping with our own staff.
• Full Cleaning – $58
Floors, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, terraces, plus amenities:
(4 toilet paper rolls, shampoo, body soap, 1 paper towel, garbage bags).
• Touch-Up Cleaning – $15
Quick refresh for humidity or climate-related issues before guest check-in.
• Revision Cleaning – $30
Deep clean without amenities/laundry, recommended if unit is empty 20+ days.
• Cleaning supplies included.
• Laundry service billed separately if unit has no washer/dryer.
• Taxes included in cleaning fees.
We provide private transportation and tour services across Costa Rica.
•Airport Transfers: $140 each way (tax included, up to 4 people).
